Teeside Gateway Port
Serving a population of 2.7 million

Introduction

The Teeside Gateway Port located on the North-East Coast of England, forms a strategic part of Ross Eccles Northern Loop Concept.

The Northern Loop in simplified terms, is a Vision for a 21st Century "Linear City".

The backbone of this Linear City is an automated services and transportation corridor, linking three Automated Container Ports, protected from rising sea levels by sea locks.

Northern England was once at the heart of the Industrial Revolution. A world-leader in infrastructural building, technical innovation and international trade. With political vision, Ross believes that by creating a new interlinked, logistically efficient city network free from the risk of flooding, there is no reason why the people of the Northern Region cannot prosper again!
